no hassles. will always use their service each time...Staff are excellent
if there are issues they are happy to sort it out.
Cars are excellent condition... Im a happy client & Im fussy too so that should say something.

I have rented several times with them and didnt have probs. They were very reliable.
They always have this tendency of changing cars at the last minute...so the one you originally rented...a few days they will email you and say it is no longer available so they will change into something else...a higher end model but several years older. By then you do not have any choice.
My issue with this company, is that when I paid the security deposit (they took P16k and not P12k from me) it took them a month to return back to me. This is after numerous follow ups from my end.
The icing on the cake? They deducted P5k saying the car was damaged! But when I returned the car to their authorized rep, who inspected every nooks and cracks he did not find anything! I will think a hundred times before renting from this company.

We rented from the company twice. On the 3rd rental we asked to change cars because it was damaged. The driver was rude and arrogant to us and just left us without the car. Hopefully they'll give our money back. Terrible service.

I cannot believe this!
They wanted all my personal information—Copy of Passport, Statement of bank account, Company ID, Credit Card, Driver's license, Photo ID—and said that I should wait for the approval. I hadn't got any email or notice of approval for four days. They must have asked my all information after the approval. They know all my personal information:Where I live, how much I have on the bank, Where I work, How much I earn, how look I am, number of my Passport, driver's license , etc..
If they sell my personal information, I must be in danger.
Finally I sent an email for cancelling the reservation due to they had not replied for four days. I wanted them remove my all information they've got politely. Their reply was rudely only this 'noted sir' without any formalities.
I still don't know they eliminated my all information or not !!
