Clean room, frendly prompt service, appliances new and all work, roof has a decent view.
The room does not have a minifridge or lock box but for 1500 pesos I could not have asked for a better hotel.

Hotel is affordable so you'll just get the basics, just what you've paid for. It's relatively new, with some walls even unpainted. Working AC, cable TV , hot/cold shower and high speed internet connection. The staff are accommodating. Their breakfast is expensive for that quantity and quality. They also sell chips, instant noodles and drinks at their lobby which we find very expensive. I still give them a good rating since the place is good location-wise. It's near airport, the Opon public market, ferry terminal, mall, restos and eateries around and a pharmacy

They have inexpensive rooms which is good for the money (if you're only here to sleep, shower and rest). I've stayed on the 2nd floor. The internet was ok. The room was clean with good aircon. Staff was friendly.
No shuttle service to and from the airport but they can schedule a taxi to wait for you. They only serve breakfast but limited to 5 choices and aren't actually that good. Note that this is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect it to be one :)

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. The a-c was very noisy but that worked perfectly to cancer the Noise from the city. The location was very Close to the Airport but quite caotic, as expected from a phillipino major city. Checking in and out went smoothly. Overall i had a perfect stay here.
