They have nice and well maintained vans. Drivers are very courteous too. I just had a very bad experience with the owner who doesnt know how to manage her business and treat her customers right. I didnt hear anything from her as soon as I gave my downpayment. I needed to call her to get the driver and van's info 3hrs before our flight when she promised to send it a night before. The price quoation she gave me on the final day was different from the one we agreed upon over the phone when I made an inquiry. She gave me a discount to compensate. I apologized to her and even gave her advice to avoid having same issue wih her future customers but she didnt even acknowledge. I definitely wont be using your service again nor recommend it to my friends.

Cars and vans are new and well maintain. Clean and very reasonable price. Will rent again when in Cebu!

The vans are new and very clean. I highly recommend Citi Van Service if you plan to rent vans in Cebu to visit its tourist spots....excellent service
