Nice rooms and good service in a budget friendly hotel. Ground floor has a supermarket, a mall, some restaurants, and at night some bars where you can have a few drinks.

If you want a cheap place to stay in Legaspi then this hotel is for you. That is if you don't mind having no windows at all in your room. All their superior rooms priced P1500 have no windows. This was quite puzzling since they could have used the ocean view to attract more guests instead only their P2600 rooms have this privilege. The room itself was clean. It could use more lighting though. There was also noise coming from the adjoining rooms so keep things quiet. Also, they don't accept booking via internet, your credit card number was just required for reservation so I was required to pay the room upon admission good thing I had cash on me. There is no atm in the area and its a tricycle ride from the nearest mall.

Our stay due to seeing Mayon Volcano - The hotel was great. It was big to see the whole sea with marine ships boarding every day especially in the morning. The hotel staffs were very kind and accomodating. There were a lot of rooms so you might get lost if you don't have any partner with you during your stay.
The room was also nice ( we had 2 rooms for 4 people). It would be nice to re-decorate the room due to the dripping of dirty water in the sides of the walls. We actually need to use the stairs from the ground floor up until 3rd floor due to the problem with their elevator.
There was also a nearby restaurabt and breakfast place, a arcade place with billiard, bowling etc., a nearby Puregold store for buying out foods and other necessities needed during your stay and a mall (Ayala Mall) there is also a free ride going around the streets every 5 -10 minutes. Our overall conclusion to this hotel is a 4 star hotel.

The room setup for a room near at the seaside is great you can see the Mayon Volcano from your window.
