The Spa at Cebu has always offered superior facilities. However, should invest more on training and development to keep up with the quality of spas in Cebu. The employees are not as skilled as smaller spa operators.

The reason is because receptionist attitude is horrible.
受付がクソ過ぎて余計ストレス溜まった。
しかもチップ、チップ煩い。値段も高いし他へ行った方が良い。最低。

Booked a couple's aromatherapy massage for one hour for 2100 pesos, got 45-50 minutes of rushed bad quality massage instead. We never actually smelled the oil, the massage therapists weren't skilled enough but still had the courage to ASK for a tip afterwards - HINT: you don't ask for a tip, you earn it. The place is also pretty ran down, paint coming off the walls, not exactly a relaxing or nice setting. I can't recommend it.

I've only been here once, but the service is OK. It's easy to book a treatment. The price is also OK.
