Situated at a good location accessible to the public and has an ample parking space.
Establishment is clean as expected and abides with the medical standards of health care.
Medical technicians are highly trained on blood extraction, urinalysis, xray and imaging.
Heart center reps and customer service is a bit non customer friendly. Need to retrain them on customer facing scenarios...

If you come here, especially for annual physical, make sure you have no other important and urgent appointments for the day. In my experience, they have lots of patients, and sometimes their doctor won't be available until later. File a leave for the entire day, unless you're willing to come back some other days. Regarding service quality, i don't know what metric to base my review on, but they have online lab results which is great feature.
