The service is average. A bit noisy coz you can hear customers and the staff's talkin and the snoring of some guest. I got more stressed instead of getting relaxation.

I like that they offer free shower option for their customers. However, when we were having our massage, some employees were chatting and were a bit noisy.

I disagree that they have separate rooms for men and women. It was 3 of us who came. Me, my husband and another friend(girl). It was so clear to them that we are a couple or maybe the massuers are just insensitive. They joined the 3 of us in 1 room with see through divisions and half open. Isnt that amazing ? Pls tell your staff and massuer to be sensitive about their customers because in that case we do not have privacy anymore.

They have separate sauna for men and women and separate sections for massage as well. They offer various salon services for the face, hands and feet. It's a good one-stop-pampering shop. Good value for your money.
