Seemed very nice and clean at 1st. In 3 days saw 4 roaches there. The safe was too small to fit my laptop inside. Bathroom door needed scrubbed down. The shower took forever to drain so I was standing in my own shower water the entire time taking a shower. It was VERY noisy. The staff was very friendly, most of the place seemed clean, the breakfast was very good and lasted from 6am to 10am. It is walking distance from Ayala Malls.

Poor with everything. Me and my bf arrived there was so tired. I understand about security but like opening my big travel bag like im a criminal. Plus they only let my bag open not my bf bag. Nice security
And then we arrive in front office all check in
But however no one ever guide us to our room.
Its like finding our own room
Then the worst was serving cold breakfast.
They have burners but they did not used it.
All foods were cold!

Stayed overnight. Great location for travelers like me. Hallways are much wider than hotels like Marriot. My sister's comment about the breakfast was "awful." But for me I think it's not that bad though. Best for its price!

The place is very clean. I had airborne allergy before arriving in Cebu. It was totally gone when we stayed in Mandarin Plaza Hotel. Unfortunately, the allergy was back after staying in another hotel. Also, the room look better than in photos.
