A hotel located in downtown Cebu, offers cheaper option than hotels located uptown. Rooms are small, facilities are not that good in the room I checked in.

One night and then move on.
Pros: Cheap, friendly staff, safe, close to bus terminal.
Cons: Grimly rooms, AC is kinda working, street noise, short beds, showerhead is not working(solid water stream), very small bathroom.

rates are misrepresented. 800pp is cheapest rate. nice. friendly. small rooms. nice restaurant. quiet. easy access to bus station and city. SAFEty conscious staff.
