Food is good. But service is extremely terrible. Waiters are just watching on their phones, congregating on one side of the restaurant.

Good food. It gets really crowded during lunch service. Try the pako salad.

Although we have been Via Mare fans for years, this U.P. Diliman locations beats the others in terms of clean, clear, spacey glass looking out to greenery. There is no better place to have Capiz/Aklan oysters. Constantly imitated, the food is hard to beat; it's the Via Mare you have known and gotten used to, in level of quality one expects as consistent, and that is what they deliver. There's a downside, and that is, they do not take reservations. Therefore if you plan a family lunch you better make that brunch; take it slowly and you can still have your guinomis by 2:00 p.m.
