This was the worst Jollibee meal ever. Couldn't even finish. Threw it in the garbage. Food terrible at this location.
Manager wasn't interested in hearing more any feedback...
The Robinson's mall location is the best. Service is great and food way better.

This is the worse Jolliebee In the Philippines
On a busy road, long line to order with lot of staff but the lines are not moving. The air conditioning is not working very well or not enough it is warmer inside than outside, very disorganized place. We stop here on the way back to Bacolod wish I went across the street to McDonald's, and to make Mather even worse all soft drink were serve from a bottle so it was warm drink,

1. Slow service
2. Staff were playing around and can't decide who's gonna bring who's tray
3. Tricked on paying an extra amount for Iced Tea after staff assured me that Iced Tea doesn't have an extra charge when in conjunction with the Burger Steak like any other drink does
4. Barely had any butter for my pancake. Received about half the amount I usually get.
Note: I'm a fan of jollibee and been eating regularly at different branches. This is the only branch I'm disappointed of.
