No pool.no gym.with casino.i love that you can walk to puregold duty free from here 2.2km only. Check out the korean ice creams at that korean store opposite. Our aeta brothers sell their kamote, saba and native fruits there. But the other goods are supplied by a capitalist and most of what they sell

Banquet staff are so slow. They are not ready to handle big functions and events.

The service is great as well as the food. Well maintained and clean rooms as well as comfort rooms even the the function halls.

Hotel a bit dated, formerly the Oxford Hotel. Our agency held a week-long meeting. Waiters need more training, actually lackluster performance. Generally hotel staff needs seminar on customer satisfaction as they are not as courteous compared to other hotels. Same goes for the front desk staff. Rooms are standard size though the linens smell stale, as if it was not changed. Noisy air-conditioning. Nothing special about the food.
