For a three star hotel it's not bad. The rooms are clean and the wifi usually works.

Had a reservation made trough Atrapalo, got there from the airport with my confirmation and they had no rooms available. My credit card was debited and they said they would return the funds which has not happen since September 2. When I got home I called Atrapalo and they did not take charge of the situation either. What else can I say😡😠😬

Went there with a tour group and they've messed up some of the people's reservations, and they were forced to find another hotel without the hotel's staff help.

The free breakfast is decent but the eggs are very runny.

Finally, all of the bathroom vents connects with each other which you can easily hear other people's businesses. Not quite private...

With that said though, the rooms are clean and if the weather is cold, there's an electric heater in the bedroom that you can plugin.

Great location, friendly staff, hot water. Nice interior courtyards with free Wi-Fi

Inexpensive option in a great area. Nice spread of breakfast but could be better. Beds a bit hard my room was spacious and had a balcony. Very friendly staff.
