We had the great pleasure of staying in this historical hotel and absolutely loved it for the following reasons:
1. Immaculate
2. Hotel staff well trained, team centered, friendly and helpful
3. The grounds and gardens are well cared for and well kept
4. Both the bar and restaurant food were very good
5. Generous service and open bar in the room
6. Close to the main plaza, great restaurants, museums and shopping
7. Nice snooker table -- and library room for hotel guests
8. The pisco sour demonstration and lesson were wonderful and complimentary
9. Although we did not use the pool it is very clean and private.
10. Massage and spa experience available.
11. Oxygen piped into the room for acclimation.
I recommend this hotel. The staff speak English and will exchange dollars for sols at a good rate.
This hotel is hospitable and world class. It is in our top ranking for the global best travel experience ranking.
