The service here is phenomenal, but the rooms looked much larger in photos. The breakfast was good. The rooms have no safes, yet the hotel feels very secure. The location is awful. No good places to eat within walking distance and the hotel is located on a hill which is not so nice if you are still getting climatized to the altitude. Also, there are six floors in this hotel and no elevator, which is pretty brutal. The rooms, while small, have very nice decor. I was sad to leave this place after only one night, but I really wanted to be in city centre, at a lower altitude and around many restaurants and shops. If you are on a budget, this is a good place to stay because the nightly rate is great considering it's a trendy private room. Cabs to historical city center are only about 5 soles.

Ponto Negativo: não tem cofre, não tem frigobar, não tem secador de cabeço, barulho da lavanderia durante a noite. E na hora do Check out geralmente os hotéis é 12h, lá foi as 10h e não fomos avisados, fomos avisados em cima da hora, tivemos que correr com a arrumação das malas, a sorte é que o funcionário Carlos foi super gentil e permitiu que fizéssemos td com calma!

Lugar aconchegante e atendimento otimo. Eles tem recepcionistas que falam em português. O ponto negativo do hotel é que não tem elevador e o café da manhã tem pouquíssima variedades.

While slightly away from the city center, the staff is simply amazing. They are very hospitable, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
