Yuraq Hotel is slightly out of town and outside the usual tourist area, so it caters mostly for Peruvians and was great value for money. The hotel doesn't look much from outside, but inside it's pleasant. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great (the best shower we had in our whole Peru visit). Breakfast was juice, egg, bread and jam, and coffee or various teas - simple but adequate. It's not far from the airport, nor from the centre of town, although the traffic is so crazy that it's easier to take a taxi than to cross all the roads along the way.

Fairly new hotel, nice clean room with hot shower. The staff were amazingly helpful, calling bus terminals for us to see if there were spaces. They also gave us a reduced rate as it turned out we didn't need to stay the night. It was quite far from town but if that's not a problem, would highly recommend.
