I would really avoid this place. To be fair, we didn't stay here, but we did book a transfer to Costa Rica through them and waited in the place for a bit. Overall it was not very well kept. Rather dirty and a really hodge podge of poorly built furniture. Not sure what your budget is, but it's not worth it staying here. As well, the transfer was poorly communicated, but we made it across the boarder okay.

It was a good place to stay for a small budget. The people were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Right across the street from a nice community park and near many restaurants on the waterfront. There is breakfast included with coffee and a kitchen that you can use for cooking. Great atmosphere!

It is a good budget hostel if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. It is also right in the center of everything if that is where you want to be. Although it is loud almost all night. Not bad for the price.

Great, affordable place to stay. Clean beds, AC in the evenings, kitchenette and fridge available to use, nice shower pressure. Wifi is spotty but works well enough. Would stay again. Thank you!

We had the worst experience at Coconut Hostel! Their website makes it appear to be a great place to stay but it was the opposite. We stayed in a 4 person dorm which had bed bugs!! I was covered in bites and when we brought it up to them they didn't care at all. You couldn't leave anything in the fridge at risk of it being stolen. The lockers for your valuables were in the common area and they had the keys to them, which just sat on the desk and anyone could grab them and use them .. so sense of security. The bathrooms were filthy, shower curtain was all mold! In our travels this was by far the worst place we stayed in terms of accommodations and service.
