Worst ever experience today very careless and in experienced call centre staff. Driver was a cheat , took the longest route possible , thinking i dont know the way , any way caught him red handed and did not pay for the extra KMs .Complained at call centre but nothing has happened . No courtousy what so ever . Also the meter does not show the KM , it shows only the amount ??????

I had had this cab back in Feb this year to move from Shadman to Airport. It arrived on time, driver was thoroughly professional and vehicle was well managed and cosy to travel by. This cab service is certainly a welcome addition to the metropolises.

VERY IRRESPONSIBLE " WAITED 2 HOURS " CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS WORST.
But Service during journey was good- Call center was Worst.
