Food and taste are both good, the only plus point they have above all restaurant nearby is of smoking corner.

As of now, their pizza taste:great, hygiene:poor, service:the worst. This used to be the best pizza hut branch in Lahore. But now only thing good about it is their pizzas still have that good old taste. Service is slow and sometimes downright pathetic. If you are alone or 2-3 persons only, servers don't even bother listening to you. I had to move my dirty table myself and replace it with a clean one as no one came to clean it even after 3 complaints. I had to fetch our drinks myself as i noticed them sitting on counter since few minutes while no one bothered serving them. If you complain, they mostly don't do anything or even laugh in your face (no kidding). So my advice, go there only if you have enough time and you are with a large group of friends or if you can tolerate such behaviour.

Right now in worst conditions, servers don't suggest deals, don't attend guest properly, cleanliness is in bad condition, sofas are damaged & full of oil & ketchup, managers do not attend any complaints, food is also not up-to the mark

The best pizza branch in town that has fresh ingredients and quality of service is really good. The pizzas here are better than other branches but other competitors are catching quickly in taste and variety. You will almost never see the same amount of meat on the pizza as advertised on billboards or TVCs.

The first server we got was really unprofessional, he was talking to us about our order and in the middle went to serve some other table and so we got a new server who was really nice and professional. The air conditioner was not working at all and was dripping water everywhere plus what kind of restaurant, a multinational restaurant runs out of condiments that they serve with almost every pizza. The last and final strike was that the bathroom was horrid, it was as if I had walked inside a literal sewage tunnel so the cleanliness of the place was questionable.
