Economical but not clean, bed bugs, dirty bed sheets, poor bath rooms without toilets, well below average breakfast. Though it's economical but not worth spending RS.5800/- ($58) per night

Location is good but restaurant needs renovation. Rooms also require remakeup. Lights were so dim in the rooms. House keeping had a big question mark on its performance. New Management working hard for renovation. I felt it will again be a good hotel soon.

Only one word which can describe this hotel is "Pathetic".
Condoms and wrapers in the tub drain line very visible
Tubs in a very bad state that even u wont like to place your foot in them, no drain grills or nanitraps.
Paint spots on all furniture
No shower curtons
Exhaust doesnt work in restroom, light not proper, u cannot shave
Electric switches dont work
Door lock locks then key doesnt come out
Last but not the least, staff uneducated, impolite, not trained for hospitality industry furthermore uncooperative in resolving issues seems like a govt office. Asked them to change room but said only that room is available but I knew they were lying and trying to pass the buck.
All night maintenance work hammers thumping in your head even at 03:00 AM. Complained but after 15 mins they resume again.
Mosquitoes all night.
Bad smell in the room may be due to water seapage in the walls caused me allergy and flu.
The hotel is far below than the standard & service claimed. Checked out very next morning after evening check in, even my stay was planned for a week My review is for room no. 17.
Please take care while doing this hotel. Photos attached. I am never going to book this hotel for my group of companies.

It's easy to get here and it is at center of the city with easy access to the airport, railway station and bus station and also near to Orange train thus location is absolutely perfect..

Good! Luxurious place it was enjoyed a lot.
