you better off eating on the street!
This place is expensive junk, the manager idoes not do his job,even though the same staff (the waiter) try to correct and give a good service.
Not only I got a horrible salty churrasco, the manager call me a lier and told me that was my fault for not tell the waiter to put a normal amount of salt on the steak; Also I got sick from their food! And after paying they took forever to give the rest of the money back (which was almost the same amount that I pay for the food.
So if you want horrible customer service, be mistreated and get sick this is the place to go!
I am surprised with the good reviews that this place has. by the way I never write reviews but from the horrible experience that I had it is more than deserved to warn whomever wants to come here.

Decent food and steaks at fairly reasonable prices. Staff could be friendlier. There are better options in Granada!

Last time I went there, I ate a beautiful tender filet mignon, which was reasonable in price since the place is very nice, just a few steps from cathedral, my gf ordered pork ribs which were delicious and were cheaper than my steak, so I will be getting back for my ribs next time!

After getting directions (behind Cathedral de Granada on Parque Central) w enjoyed a very nice steak dinner. Great service and very good steaks. We found the prices reasonable - that is, only a bit lower than in US. As noted elsewhere the location on Google maps is way off.
