I haven’t been this place for a long time, this time they surprised me with everything. I’m happy with their service, purchased the deluxe private pool with very reasonable retail price, and the view is amazing. Totally changed my old negative opinion of this place! 5 star recommended for this place. I also recommend not to stay in the public pool as too many people in there. Private deluxe pool is recommended!

A wonderful hot spring, up to the standard of those you can find throughout Japan. We tried the lakeside pools and found the sunset views incredibly relaxing. The ultra close seagulls and their young add their very own nature show, though never actually come more than a few feet away, so were actually quite fun to observe from the comfort of the Priest Pool.
Would be nice if the heated loungers were made of stone and not plastic, but otherwise a near perfect experience.

Far to overpriced, the entrance fee does not deliver the goods. The pools are warm but oh so small and not overly impressive. Thankfully we went on a quiet day and it was spitting a little - very romantic setting :) I would personally look for a package deal or exclusive sale. Henmar Springs much nicer.
