I have been in the b&b, nice room, lovely View, nothing too Fancy, but pretty cheap (compared to the prices in qt).
Good position, near the airport and the bus shelter.

Stayed at B&B - Rooms are clean & comfortable and very well-furnished & decorated. Shared lounge & kitchen are well-appointed. Owner and staff are professional, friendly & helpful. Good continental breakfast. Lake & mountain views. Very convenient to airport, although less convenient to central Queenstown. Decent value. Recommended.
