Absolutely terrible experience. After paying online and arriving with my credit card (only piece required in webpage). They required my pin which at the time couldn't remember. They then refused to hand in car, and took my money. Great customer service.

Rented through Auto-Europe. Paperwork was there when we arrived. Agent did a walk around to show me the operating features, even pointing out a small scrape which he noted on the paperwork. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes - filled tank just before dropping off the car; no additional fuel charges.

Almost new cars at a reasonable price. But take care with the insurance risk, rented a car with 17000 euros of own risk..
