A true gem, fantastic food and outstanding decor
Not only is Middelburg one of the most spectacular little town on The Netherlands, is is also restful, cosy and the place where so many Afrikaners left. The best way to imerge in this history will be the Vriendschap (Friendship) cafe where incredibly yummy food at a ridicukous price would bring you in theheart of the Dutch culture. I almost forgot: if sometime foreigners complain about the Dutch waiters, this cafe will simply defeat this bad reputation totally. They are smiling, fast and helpful. A true gem

I like Vriendschap!
The restaurant offers not only a great range of food, which well served but also the place itself is huge. Seating area outside and also the 2 floors inside.
The service was very nice too.
We got 2-3 courses dinner which turned yummy and pretty presented.
