Not with highest customer focus at all times. Definitely overpriced and you leave the place being not full at all and wondering if the main course was even served.

Had to wait almost 30min for the waiter to come over so I can order some food even-though there were only 3 tables occupied. Talking behind the bar seems more interesting. Food is terrible, seriously 9€ for broodje with the cheapest supermarket bread? it's nothing special at all! First and last time at Dende.

I come here for lunch weekly. Good lunch menu and generally caring and friendly staff. The owners are really quite nice. There is a fairly high staff turnover, and it's not a huge place, so it can get busy, and service is sometimes a bit on the slow side (but that's not uncommon in Holland). The outside terrace/patio is on a boat, and is really lovely when the weather is good. Again, though, service can be a bit slow when busy. Nevertheless, there's a reason I come back every week.
