Called to book a taxi for the following (early) morning. First reaction from Eltax was: "You want to go close to where you live, so why don't you walk?"
When I said I still wanted the taxi they reluctantly agreed.
The following morning the driver apparently arrived 15 minutes early than agreed and after (if he is to be believed) waiting 10 minutes called and asked why we were not at the door.
We explained that the agreed time was 8.15 and not 8.00 and that we were on our way out. He said it was not true and 2 minutes later he called saying that he had left because we were late and he had "other work to do".
Very nice service indeed! I only called them because my normal taxi service (Taxi Wiekens) were fully booked that morning.
Will never even consider using them again.
