Arrived late with a broken phone/maps, therefore this was where I *had* to stay the night.
Property empty except for a child. No way to contact the owners, no telephone number etc left for the child to contact the owners to get them to return. Child said owners absent until midnight. Left me standing in the street at 9pm with nowhere to stay.
Fair enough you can't always be in, but you can't advertise a business like that and then leave no way to actually contact the staff if you go out.
Very unhappy.
