Came to Eindhoven for the Glow event, great way to start our evening at the sushi bar! Never had cheese in my sushi, but I surprisingly liked it alot. And it's perfectly located in the city just across the glow route.

called in advance to take-away my own chirashi bowl (pretty much a sushi bowl) rice topped with whatever you like mostly. The portion was good for a healthy and yummy dinner, and the ingredients were very fresh. I think I could eat this to-go every week! (it had a bumpy ride home, but it survived and was delish! )

The food was actually quite good. I liked the fact that it's fresh and prepared on the spot. The staff wa also pleasant and ready to help. The only drawback is that it is too expensive for what it actually has to offer.

A very decent restaurant serving Japanese food.
Teppanyaki restaurant is popular with office and other group parties because the tables are big and because the cook show provides a nice entertainment, but while the cooks know some tricks, they are definitely not on the top showman level (to people complaining about the food not being really special: the cook show IS the essence of teppanyaki, which is otherwise not much more than a hot plate grill!)
Sushi bar, in my opinion, is very good, I never personally encountered a dish that was out for too long and ingredients were always good quality. Most of the pieces do seem westernized however (for people who do care about such things).
My biggest issue is the small choice for Japanese drinks, among beers, only one available.
