Friendly, helpful service and a new car at a very reasonable price. The icing on the cake was returning the car without a full tank and being charged for the top up at normal fuel prices. Highly recommended if you need to hire a car in Delft!

Great service and honest. You dont need to tank before dropping it off since they fill it up for you at the going fuel prices.
They have reliable cars and for several years using them as my sole hire car provider (I have no car), they have never broken down.
You can pick the car up the evening before and drop it off before 8-30 the morning after and still get charged for 1 day hire.

Good customer service, you need a proof of residency such as electricity bill if this is the first time you rent with them. Once your data in their system, renting a car takes just few minutes, otherwise expect at least 20-25 minute wait. Normally I find the car I want without any problems.

All perfect. Personal approach. Fair prices and relatively low deposit (others in this area tend to require 2000+€ deposit for a van). Convenient opening times on Saturdays. No surprises or hidden fees.
Van had quite some damage, but everything still functional. Offered a free parking space for our car.
Beware for chaos and a bit longer waits on busy Saturdays. Make your reservation well in advance for vans on Saturdays: two weeks or more is recommended.

The people at Koehler are very friendly, flexible and quick with the paperwork. I felt like a very welcomed costumer, and got charged exactly what was expected (no extra fuel charges or kilometers etc). Would recommend. A bit more expensive than the competition in Delft, though, which is why I subtract one star.
