I have totally different experience with these guys compared to other reviews. They were friendly and also cooperative. Take a picture of your kilometer and fuel meter (including the car's clock which has date and time). Do this at start and end of your rent period. This will help to avoid any problems later on.

When you return the vehicle during closing hours, you HAVE TO SEND A TEXT MESSAGE! And they refuse to tell you that before renting the vehicle (two friends rented here as well and repeatedly asked if they should do something more, but they didn't tell about the text message). Consequence is that you automatically have to rent another day, even though you returned the vehicle on time and according to all the rules.

If you hate yourself and wanna give a punishment for being yourself, go ahead and rent a truck from those guys. And here what will happen:
(1) You will be treated like a Syrian refugee who must rent a truck from them to run away from the war. They treat you in the shop as if they make you a great favour by letting you rent their crappy trucks (at least in Delft).
(2) You will shortly notice that all those 25€ advertisements are scam. You will be asked waaay more than that with tens of extra things.
(3) If you dont buy any insurance, they will withdraw 2000€ from your account. Be ready!
(4) They are not gonna show you anything about how to run that truck. You will be proud of your creativity when you are playing with all the buttons to open the backdoor of the trunk.
(5) They will give you a truck with a DEAD ACU! It will stop working after you load your stuff. Then, you will call them but what a surprise none of them is working on Saturday! There is not even an emergency line to call! You are alone with your destiny and useless truck..
(6) After spending hours to get this junk run, you will give up and start calling your friends. Fortunately, one of them who has ANWB membership will bring help and they will charge the acu of the truck.
(7) Since you lost many hours while trying to get this junk work, you will be late to return it back. So you will be charged extra for late delivery!
(8) You will be afraid of mentioning the acu thing not to be charged more for getting the acu empty by just opening the back door a few times.
As a summary, don't hate yourself that much and find another place to rent a truck. I seriously think moving my stuff with AH shopping car would not be a bigger torture than renting a truck from those people. A great example of a lame business which I dont think and hope survive long.
