very poor customer service. Really dissappointed with the facilities .I have to wait 2 hrs just to get a simple full maturity form. i went to the desk 4 5 times but they just asked me to wait in the que just for a form ☹☹☹..

This is a fraud insurance company, before 11 year, my mom had applied for insurance and they promise to double the face value amount, i was just 13 years, didn't knew anything, now its time for maturity period, the face value was not much bigger, just 50,000, and the insurance premium was Rs. 5435 per annum, by this calculation, my mom had paid 59,785 for last 11 years,
I got a letter where it state, my face value is Rs 50,000
accumulated bonus= 18,500
less : TDS ( 5%)= 435.75
total amount receivable = 68,064.25 only..
where i am supposed to receive more than 1 lakhs.

My insurance time period is 15 years but l want to change in 5years,what can l do?

It has a worse consumer reaction. I emailed more than 10/12 times for a general service, it is never responded. If they are doing a good business they should have a very good and clear consumer relationship in the market. I don't know how they are treating the general public in Nepal.... I had a very terrible experience......
