Even the place seems historic and building design reflects Newari style, the rooms are not well designed to suit the perfect stay. The hotel staffs are so rude that they will make you pay the bill in the same day you stay in hotel even if you have plans to stay few more days. The dining experience was also bad, they served too late and too bad food.. They need to learn more about hospitality and Service.

The hotel is situated in a very nice place, surrounded by botany, the food is remarkable, the staff here is welcoming and approachable as well, the panorama that the hotel offers is breathtaking, they have airy and large rooms that offer a pleasant view.
