I accidentally dropped by this Pearl condo branch, actually I was looking for "Yangon bakehouse" at Pearl condo for some sandwiches for dinner but unfortunately it was closed already when I reached there around 10 pm. Then I chose this Lotteria to dine in because the aroma of fried chicken converted my appetite of sandwich to burger. This branch got 2 stories, we chose to sit downstairs near to the counter. The place was quite clean and the staffs were friendly. We ordered Bulgogi beef burger (juicy enough), chicken burger (nice flavor), cheese stick (which was awesome), chose orange juice for drinks (not nice at all, regretted to have other carbonated drinks) and an icecream (too sweet). Waiting time was slow even though not crowded. I saw a lot of Korean students were there (not sure they stay around the corner). French fries and buns were not as good as McDonald's or Burger King but beef was juicy enough to enjoy. Cost us totally around 13000 ks if I remember it correctly.

As fast food chicken places go this one is good. With western fast food chains beating down the door to get in here it's good that this local one is ahead of the KFC amd Pizza huts that have already started to appear
