Stayed there (couple) 4 nights ..great location, good breakfast.. food also available for lunch and dinner. Roof top view of pagoda.. Very helpful staff and an interesting selection of art on all floors...

Good clean hotel. Surrounding not so great as it is near shwedagon pagoda and market so there is always traffic at any given point of time .

Advertised (and priced) as a boutique hotel but it is really a budget hotel. No separate shower in the bathroom, so everything gets wet. Room smelled of sewage, and location is difficult for taxis to find
