Room and service is okay as the country standard location is close to Sule Pagoda Breakfast hmm.... just so so. if you have tight budget here is a place that can stay for couple night.

Simple accommodations but comfortable. Free breakfast provided next door at Mr. Chef (spelled different) and they do provide room service. Free bottled water provided on every floor in a mini fridge. There are TV channels in English (not many) but one TV channel that is all crime shows. Clean rooms and clean, great smelling linens, air conditioner, tile floors, hair drier, beautiful shower with hot water but low pressure (just expect longer showers). Be sure to bring outlet converter, they have the 2 prong, tubular outlets. The staff is super friendly and attentive. If you want simple, no frills, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel stay this is definitely the way to go.

Easy to have access to main places, like Sule Pagoda, Bogyoke market, Shwedagon Pagoda and Strand Road as it is very central. Only the parking is a bit difficult for its so crowded with moviegoers .
Service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable hotel which also provides unlimited complimentary water. Wi-Fi is slow though. Bed is great

I had a top floor room. Reasonable size, great bathroom with a really good shower. The air-conditioning worked really well too and wasn't too noisy.
I'd stay here again, it was a pleasant place for the price, and really well located.
