I absolutely love this hotel , I would go again is I visit Marrakesh . The breakfast was delicious and the hotel employees are amazing. Mohammed , Dounia , Sayed were so helpful. The are quick to call cabs for you and to give you tourist tips. Stay here if you are in Marrakesh!

Clean & nice but lack of service. Outdoor place for breakfast is better than indoor. Spent 2 days, day 1 there's an egg station but no man behind it. Talked to the mngr, but then they remove the egg, stove and everything. Day 2, there's not even an egg station. Waiting for 10 minutes just for milk for cereal. Many staffs just standing, even though guests are looking for place to sit for breakfast.

For a 4 star hotel, it's far better than most. Very clean, organized. The food is good and the pool is very nice.

Very clean, relaxing and cozy. I've been there for a week and the staff are really nice and welcoming, also the food there is delicious, and they have a very nice spa the girl workig there is really nice too
