Stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. The grounds are beautiful as they're surrounded by lots of trees and plants. Staff are friendly, pool is lovely to lounge around in. Food is okay but I unfortunately caught a virus due to poor hygiene so be wary! Massage was lovely. Overall a good experience

The worst hotel ever. Rooms are so small and dirty. Staff are very rude. I dont recommend it at all. Its 2 stars hotel not 5 stars. With same money u spend there u can get a better and clean hotel.

Visited early Oct17 with 2 adult, 2 children and 1 infant. Room size is spacious but hotel itself is quite old. Hotel team changed our room since the a/c in the first allocated room 1001 did not work. List to other floors are tiny (like those in Italy). Location is quite central.

We were dubious about this hotel upon booking based on its reviews but we had a great two week holiday. The staff were very helpful, polite and easy to get on with (thanks to Amine for all your help during our stay). The room was nice, always clean with good air con. Plenty of food and drinks in the all inclusive. The only fault we found was that the same songs were played at the pool daily, after two weeks you're a bit sick of Ed Sheeran but this is trivial. All in all had a great holiday don't let the bad reviews turn put you off.
