Not the newest hotel but was clean with friendly amd helpful staff and service ! I can't speak for the spa as I did not go but they are affiliated with several good international spas so I assume it is very good as well

Excellent hotel, very comfortable beds and rooms, nice breakfast and free internet access. But fares could be changeable due to the conferences and seminars.

I liked there every thing bed, sofa, pad, balcony , i have been enjoined with some store near this place such as pastries, tageen food

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood of Casablanca. The room was spacious, offered complimentary tea/coffee and very clean. The rain shower was amazing, but the bathroom could do with more lighting (it's very dark).
The room offered a kitchenette area but had no cutlery, which was strange.
Bed was very comfortable and the blacked out curtains ensured a good night's sleep.
The breakfast was amazing. Great selection of hot and cold dishes and very, very tasty. Really enjoyed it. The young woman serving us was very attentive and polite.
However, when we checked into the hotel, it was an absolute nightmare. The woman on the reception desk was very rude and was flicking through her papers as opposed to taking my details and checking us in. We stood there for almost 6 minutes. She finally took my passport and was going through every single page, so I asked if there was a problem, to which she replied shouting: "what's your problem? Why would there be a problem?!". I was livid. I wanted to complain to the manager but was told that she was the duty manager for the weekend. I called the hotel on the Monday to file a complaint but they put me on hold for 2 minutes and then hung up.
Customer service from this senior employee was terrible and for this reason, I'd avoid staying here with loved ones/families. This experience ruined our stay at an otherwise really nice hotel.
