En general es una buena empresa de Tours! Son puntuales y muy atentos! Quizá hay alguno que otro guía que son flojos para explicar! Pero hay otros muy apasionados en su trabajo y se ve que lo hacen con gusto!
Lo que si las camionetas Toyota que tiene para 10 o 12 pasajeros son sumamente incómodas para viajes de 3 hrs con curvas y topes! Deberían de procurar la comodidad de los turistas!

Overall good experience from San Cristobal de las Casas to Palenque. The tour ran 30min late at 4am which isn't fun. But good driving and efficient and friendly driver made up for that. Would recommend

They ran a tour to the Cañon del Sumidero professionally. Not a trip I'd bother to take again, but certainly not the fault of the operator. The price was low, so I don't feel like I lost out.

Two trips with Otisa were certainly enough: the first lead us two Canyon del Sumidero, where they used a proper overland bus from Iveco, the driver was halfway friendly.
The second trip to PALENQUE was way worse: leaving in the middle of the night the driver was really unfriendly and would hardly respond when asked even in spanish. Our luggage had to go on the roof because the van (Not an overland bus!) was crammed up to the last cubic centimeter. We sat in what would usually be the trunk, on horrible seats with minimal space. No storage possibility for even the hand luggage, so that had to go on our legs. Thats how we did the five hour bumper-and-curve-ride through the jungle hills.
When we finally arrived in Palenque we only had two hours for the visit because we were late, which the driver ignored. Really sad for everybody who went back to San Cristobal with Otisa, because they basically spent a night, a day and the money without visiting Palenque properly.
