Food is home made recipes from the wife! Awesome soup that always goes with the special! Husband and Wife team that work very hard to cook meals that are so good and very inexpensive! Ernies and El Mar are our two favorite restaurants and the cheapest in town! Be patient , good home cooked meals take time and they do the best they can! Keep in mind that families struggle here in Mexico so tip well! Love these folks!

They do offer daily specials that are usually a bargain. Mostly Mexican with some American influence. The food is consistently good, but the restaurant is a little shabby.
