This is a great place to visit, as the food is good. Two favorites are the seared tuna, and the shrimp in avocado salad. If you are not hungry, then have a beverage on the beach, as this beachside restaurant has a fantastic view of the nearby islands. Musicians will offer to play music, for a tip, and on cruiseship days the singing waiters will entertain. The palapa roofs were rebuilt in 2017, but it still feels rustic and very Mexico.

I had the best pina colada of my life here, and the shrimp tacos are fantastic. Food great, service great, atmosphere great. Great place all around.

Quite inexpensive place with access to the beach...this can be a headache too since the local musicians can get noisy. A non-smoking area is available where you won't listen to the music.
