The salmon was excellent. The alfredo was great. Sit out by the sea and hear the waves roar while dining.

The food wasn't to bad, but I expect more for the price. And the service was really slow.

The food is excellent! Best restaurant by far (that we've been to) in Manzanillo. It's mostly seafood but there is also steak available. The service is also excellent. The wait staff speaks English, they are attentive and very pleasant. And the view is spectacular. The south side of the restaurant is completely open so you can view the ocean and the ships coming into port. Plus all the lights on the mountain sides surrounding the bay. Go there at dusk and you can watch a breathtaking sunset. Average entrée is about 250 pesos; about 25% more than most places, but definitely well worth it.

I loved La Toscana. Muscles in a wine sauce, various kinds of local sea food and more. Eat what they catch locally. It has all been good. I've been there many times. The staff is nice too. There is entertainment in the evening and the view is great. Expect to pay a little more for the experience but I believe it is worth it.
