This place is nothing like it is advertised, let me start off by saying that the staff were nice and respectful, that was the only positive of this place. From the start of entering the room I knew it was not going to be to me and my partner's liking. The room had a weird odor, when we checked the bathroom we noticed that there was water leaking from the bottom of the toilet, there was also pipes that were exposed. The toilet paper was pretty much finished they did not bother to restock it for new guests. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and not washed properly. The beds we're very stiff and were what's to sleep on. We asked for a blanket and the blanket they provided us smelled like it was used already. The room service menu says that breakfast buffet is free, my partner and i think it's okay for us to eat, we get there and they ask us what room we are staying in, then afterwards they provided us with a bill for the breakfast! Apparently its not free for everyone, if you book through an agency don't eat the breakfast, actually don't eat it at all, there was nothing good that was offered. One more thing is that the staff does not do a good job at maintaining a quiet atmosphere, there were other guests there that were talking and being loud at 4 in the morning! Is there no one to tell these people to be considerate of other guests?

Checked in and decided to shower right away because of the weather and hairs all over the bathroom and toilet floor..room service does a very bad job had no choice but to shower in a dirty bathroom..very discusted. And now im stuck here for the next 3days =[

It's a good place for a night stay, but in my case I have some troubles using the Internet access, the wifi signal was por un my bedroom

Overall it was ok and the staff was nice, but it was disappointing that it states that there is a complimentary breakfast but it is only if you book it online however it does not say that on the webisite. To make matters worse, I went and asked the front desk that night to make sure it was included and at what time and they said yes, and 7am. We woke and went done for breakfast only to find out breakfast was not included. That sucked.

I wouldn't rate this place, it is nothing like what is advertised. There is no gym, no spa, each room does not have a view to the garden, parking is limited, and worst of all it's right next to a night club that you can't get rest because your windows are vibrating because of how loud it is. Wouldn't recommend it at all.
