There is no security, someone tooked my pool towels from the pool area and I was charged for that, when I ask for help another towel desapeared from my room. I travelled all the world with my family and this is the first time something desapear misteriously from my room belowing to the hotel, there were no camaras that could find the person that took the towels and nobody could no anything to find them, the worst customer service ever. The manager never show his face. Bathrooms smell like drainageand need some update. Few people complainted that their suff was stolen from the pool area and nobody did anything. I will never go back to that hotel. I rather pay rbnb or stay in Cuernavaca.

It's probably one of the better hotels in Cuautla. Good if you are traveling trough or just staying for the night. The hotel has a restaurant which is OK, and the spa is a nice addition. Breakfast is good one the overall price vs. Quality is very good as well.
