The catamaran wasn't huge, but overall it was a great experience! Friendly crew. The captain even photo bombed us :-)

By far one of the best Adventurous TOURS in Cancun.
Awesome catamaran ride, our first time and its fantastic.
Best party music, drinks kept flowing continuously. They never let your glass empty. Crew is awesome. They entertain you always and on the other end you will enjoy the beautiful Caribbean blue water. Crowd is mixed we had a good mix of young and old people.
Best thing about this trip is snorkeling. We both don't know to swim at all. Captain was kind enough to allow us to do this even though waves are rough that day. Best part is they gave one dedicated crew member who took us to snorkel and he was with us always. He really went extra mile in helping us see the fish even though we insisted to go back after seeing waves. We enjoyed it the best.
Stop on the Isla Mujeres island is small about 30-40 mins
and photo activity with shark is okay. Buffet is good and we will get time to swim and relax on beach for some time.
Overall a 5 star experience and would definitely recommend this trip. You will enjoy if you are first time snorkel.

We had an overall fun experience on our Catamaran ride. However the 2 things that stuck out that frustrated us and why I didn't give a 5 star was: Our Excursion on on 2/1/17. We bought the photo package and after they packaged the photos that we purchased, (unknown to us) they kept the best photo out. This is frustrating because we bought and paid good money for it and then didn't get what we paid extra for. The photo of my husband and I with the shark. What a bummer this was for us 2. When docking at the end back at the pier, there really needs to be a better way of getting out of the boat, I nearly fell out of the boat getting on the dock, if it wasn't for the boat crew I would have ended up between the boat and the dock. I did walk away with minor injuries, bruises to my arm and leg. There should have a better way out of the boat.

Do not waste a day on this tour!!
30-35 extra people on our boat (because one of five broke down) and we did not leave until 10:45 (Schedule was at 10). Crew tried their best but how can you add 30% on the boat and take all snorkeling? Everything we did was delayed because of the number of people crammed on the boat. Never did offer para sailing and the offer for a horrible waste of a day in our lives (8 people) was a 10% discount!
Customer service? None
Do a little research and find a reputable Catamaran provider or just stay at the resort and watch the suckers sail by for a trip from Hell!
