My experience while at the resort was great. We ran out of things do!! However I left pictures at the hotel and the people at the front desk were no help when trying to retrieve them. Then when I returned home I had the runssss for about a week I'm still not sure what I have but I would recommend not drinking the water unless it's bottled. You would think an all inclusive resort would have purified water but they don't so DO NOT DRINK THE WATER OR ICE!!!

Great variety of pools, steam rooms, Jacuzzis etc, and plenty of chlorine free options. We got a free day pass, but for 10 USD it'd still be great value for money.

Extremely friendly staff and the massages we received were amazing. Our experience leaving the facility was interesting because the staff seemed uninterested in helping us find the right exit. but all in all the spa was beautiful and the staff were Friendly.
