Love the view, the rooms are very nice, neat and clean.the food is good.

The hotel is supposed to be a five-star one but, unfortunately, its quality is more like a 3-star. The staff at the customer service desk is barely helpful, the waiters in the pool bar and in the snacks stand are rude, and those in the restaurant only take care of you on the day of your arrival and wait until you rate them in a special survey conveyed right after you finish your first meal; after that, it takes forever to have you dirty plates taken away. The food is very average, it's quality is quite low and the vegetarian section is a total disaster: on our last day we even found sausages there. If you don't have the all-inclusive option, the buffet costs 300 pesos, which is not worth it at all. There were also small ants on the plate (and in the room). The beach seems to be the only one in the neighborhood with so many annoying and insistant sellers; it is also full of trash that the guests of the hotel drop and leave. The security and the rules are a joke - even if the staff notices they're not being followed, they do nothing about it (the pool is open until late night even if stated otherwise in the guidelines, we found a guy smoking in the elevator and even though he was seen by the reception ladies, he wasn't told anything). The reception bathrooms (the ones you have to use before you check in and get your room or if you are using the pool) are dirty and disgusting, full of sand and some insects. Also, it's not exactly safe to leave your baggage to the staff in front of the hotel - we did and what we found 15 mins after was an unattended suitcase with all our belongings inside and the 'guard' coming back from the local store with a bottle of coke, not caring about it at all. The all-inclusive option is also a scam: even if you arrive early in the morning, they give you no breakfast, and on the day of your check-out, you get no lunch or dinner and the hotel provides no information about it. You also have to wait very long for the elevator and when you enter it's easy to confuse it with a sauna. The free drinks in the bar are full of cheap alcohol and served in plastic cups, but when you go to the opposite one and pay, you get a better one.
The advantage of the hotel is that some rooms on the upper floors have a really nice view of the sea. Our room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. The AC worked well and the balcony was big. The animators provide activities for everyone. We loved the hammock area. The view from the hotel is beautiful.
To sum up, we were expecting a really nice vacation time, but we're leaving disappointed.

Bien bonito. Awesome place to stay with agave bar and gym. But the hotel parking lot is not good because of parking on the 7th floor. Wifi is poor. Beautiful views.

The bathrooms could be nicer, but all in all this is a nice hotel. Many amenities are available on sight including large swimming pools, a sunning deck, souvenir shops, bars, and a restaurant with great American coffee. Best of all is the beach which is located right off the back of the hotel!! It is beautiful. There are a variety of vendors who come to the beach from morning until night to offer anything you need - food, drinks, sand toys, beach shoes.
