Great if you're interested in history, fascinating structures right underneath your feet. Fully enjoyed our visit. I would note for any readers however, that due to the nature of these archaeological sites, access is via stairwells, there is low lighting, low ceilings and narrow passageways. Fine for us, just not suited to all.

Very interesting if you like history. Each catacomb are different but they are clearly explained. Just be careful as some have low ceilings and low lighting.

Never seen a place like this. A network of tunnels in part used as a bomb shelter, with a typical Maltese rock table. Also the area with the catacumbs was impressive.

Amazing historical site worth a visit if you're in the area. Keep in mind that the main entrance (where you buy the tickets) leads you to only 4 catacombs of the more than 20 that are in the whole site. The other ones are across the street, keep that on mind when planning your visit!
