Worst customer service ever. Rented my car for 9:00, went there the day before to confirm and they forgot about it and my car was not there. Simply rude and inadequate at the head office. Will charge you a 1000 euros deposit and then won’t return it until 6 weeks after with a $20 fee!!!! Be aware of this as it is in fine print above the signature. Unheard of. Stay away from renting from them it s a rip off. Be aware.

Initially the service proper rental and cheap, but they forget to tell you that access to the capital Valletta is paying (€ 3.28) and 3 months later they debit on the blue card imprint 3.28 + 15,00 € HT administrative costs (of course under the contract and the fine print before signing) .... is itself a scam which in the end they are more expensive than the competition !!! I strongly discourage this rental on the island of MALTA. GB
Au départ service location correct et bon marché , mais ils oublient de vous dire que l'accès à la capitale La Valette est payant (3,28€) et 3 mois plus tard ils vous débitent sur l'empreinte carte bleue 3,28 +15,00€ HT de frais administratif ( bien sûr prévu au contrat et écrit en petits caractères avant la signature) ....c'est proprement une arnaque qui fait qu'au final ils sont plus cher que la concurrence !!! Je déconseille fortement ce loueur sur l'île de MALTE . GB

Shocking - despite knowing our arrival time, they were closed so we had to get a cab from the airport to Bugiba and then back again in the morn to the airport to collect. Lady was rude on the phone and claimed we hadn't told them - we have email proof we did - firstly they lie. When we got the keys and headed to the car, it was a state, run down, and although served a purpose for 5 days it then run out of battery in the last 2 days so we had to drive in a kinda power save mode (i.e. no aircon) just to keep enough charge in the battery - and despite filling the car up full on the way back to airport they then tried to charge us 22euros for he pleasure. Do not use these clowns. They are a complete joke.
